Clinical Supervision

Reflective, safe spaces for practitioners to pause, process, and realign.

Reflective. Regenerative. Real.

With over 20 years of experience in mental health, addiction, and trauma-informed care, I offer supervision that is both practical and transformative.

Supervision isn’t just about ticking professional boxes. It’s a space to reflect, breathe, recalibrate, and return to your why. My approach supports the whole practitioner — personally and professionally — through an intuitive, relational style grounded in evidence-based practice and nature-based insight.

Who I Support

I work with practitioners across diverse fields
  • Social workers & counsellors seeking reflective, trauma-informed guidance
  • NDIS practitioners & allied health professionals navigating complex client needs
  • Educators, youth workers & wellbeing facilitators supporting young people and communities
  • Coaches & nature-based therapists integrating holistic and creative approaches
  • Professionals in trauma-informed & holistic care wanting safe, reflective practice spaces

What Can You Expect

Together, we’ll create a reflective and regenerative space to explore
  • Therapeutic dilemmas and direct client work
  • Boundaries, ethics, and role clarity
  • Skill development and reflective practice
  • Emotional regulation and personal triggers
  • Burnout prevention and compassion fatigue
  • Wins, affirmations, and your professional growth

This is a space to be seen, heard, and supported — not just as a worker, but as a human being.
